TW - Self harmed and hit my arm/wrist repeatedly. Now my fingers

What is this bump on my hand? Comes and goes but has been around

Sharp pain in ulnar side of right wrist during certain movements/weight

Extensor tendons in wrist appear thickened

Tendons in wrist/hand thickened and painful

Is this pulse normal on my wrist?

Pulse in wrist and hand?

Hand dipping in under knuckle and when it does, index finger

How do resolve this burn on my hand?

Outer Side of my Right Wrist Clicks and Pops LOUD

Inner wrist bone sticking out

Rash/Bumps on hand and wrist.
